We are looking for a Test Architect

You’ll make a difference by:

·DesigningTesting Strategies: Developing comprehensive testing strategies that align withproject goals and requirements.

·Architecting Test Solutions: Designing theoverall testing architecture, including frameworks, tools, and processes to beused throughout the project lifecycle.

·TechnologySelection: Selecting appropriate testing tools, frameworks, and technologiesbased on project needs and requirements.

·DefiningStandards and Best Practices: Establishing coding standards, testingmethodologies, and best practices for the testing team to follow.

·Collaboration:Collaborating with stakeholders such as developers, product managers, andquality assurance teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives andapproaches.

·RiskAssessment: Identifying and assessing potential risks related to testing, andimplementing mitigation strategies to address them.

·PerformanceOptimization: Optimizing test performance, including execution time andresource utilization, to ensure efficient testing processes.

·Continuous Improvement: Driving continuousimprovement initiatives within the testing organization, including processenhancements, tooling upgrades, and skill development.

·Mentorshipand Training: Providing guidance, mentorship, and training to testing teammembers to improve their skills and capabilities.

·QualityAssurance: Ensuring that testing processes and practices adhere to qualitystandards and regulatory requirements.

DesiredSkills:

10+ years of experience is required. GreatCommunication skills. Analytical and problem-solvingskills
