**Your role**:

- Create and drive HiL testing roadmap
- Define and Execute the Hardware-in-Loop (HiL) strategy for sub-system verification.
- Requirement analysis and test case designing from HiL prespective
- Testability review of the user needs, intended uses, system and sub-system requirements.
- Preparing test cases and test scripts for HiL
- Preparing test data and environment
- Manage HiL environment, system baseline configuration and model control
- Test planning, test cases execution and releasing the reports as per the process
- Analyze, interpret and report test results for verification testing

**You're the right fit if**:

- Bachelor/Master degree in Electrical/ Electronics / Instrumentation /Mechanical/ Computer Science
- Total 12+ years of experience including 6+ years in HiL Testing ( Preferably in Medical Domain).
- ISTQB certification is a plus.
- Well versed in Hardware-in-loop (HiL) architecture
- Extensive knowledge and experience on test discipline, test strategy, test authoring and reviews
- Hands-on-Experience with National Instruments (NI) hardware
- Expert in NI VeriStand and NI LabVIEW Software
- Understanding of Communication protocol such as CAN, I2C, Ethernet etc.
- Good to have knowledge of Firmware, wire harness creation etc. w.r.t. HiL
- Experience in Plant Model creation (preferable)
- Good team player and experience to manage a 2-4 members team will be a plus
- Experience in planning and execution using Agile methodology
- Understanding of development processes (Software/ HW) and System Test Lifecycle
- Hazard and norm compliance knowledge
- Structured problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
