Job Title

Responsible for developing, coordinating, and directing all sales activities for Infrastructure projects. Ensure good understanding on GCC/PCC/Technical Specification. Ensure good knowledge of IS, EN, NBC etc. code related to VHT. Through understanding of product features which is meeting the tender requirement . Proper understanding for contract Engineering requirement to meet the technical specification with compare to standard product. Aware on government tender bidding process. Aware on government portal for online bidding. Work upfront with customer to drive customer expectations into OTIS product standards. Promote OTIS brand to customer by showing fair business attitude in line with company’s ethics standards. Provide inputs to marketing at HO on, customer benefits with a view to ensure initiation of action for elimination of product gaps and retention of market leadership. To review, analyze and be involved in submission of special / major infrastructure quotations/tenders. Create safety awareness amongst all customers. Ensure EH&S rules and procedures are adhered to by all employees.

Qualification - B- Tech

Experience - 3-5 yrs in elevator industry or relevant engineering/Infra industry

Experience in Design Department of OEM or with General Consultants .
