The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement effective B2C marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Customer Acquisition: Lead efforts to acquire new B2C customers through various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and more.
  • Brand Building: Build and manage the TechPaathshala brand, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand identity in all marketing materials.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team, setting clear goals and ensuring the team's success.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Content Marketing: Develop and execute content marketing strategies to engage and educate our target audience.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use data-driven insights to measure the success of marketing campaigns and make data-backed decisions for optimization.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and campaigns.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to make informed marketing decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support, to ensure alignment and success of marketing efforts.

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in B2C marketing with a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Creative thinker with a strong strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong project management skills.
