  • Assists in thedevelopment of annual sales goals.
  • Assists inthe completion of monthly targets.
  • Develop anddeliver the business plans through carrying out research formulatemarket analysis and deliver accurate businessreports.
  • Build referral and lead generationnetwork.
QualificationsEssentialRequirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Management/ Sales or other relevantfield
  • Minimum 1 years of Business Development/Sales experience preferably with relevant experience in the realestate industry
  • Strong client relationshipmanagement skills
  • Excellent negotiationskills
  • Have a desire to make a significantcontribution to a rapidly growingorganization
  • Market researchexperience
  • Proven ability to workindependently
  • A proactive selfstarter who canoperate both individually and as part of ateam
  • Superior presentation and excellent oraland written communicationskills
