We are seeking a talented and experiencedMechanical Design Engineer to join our growing team. This JobRequisition outlines the training for graduates who wish to learnmechanical aspects of robotics to develop their skills andknowledge as Mechanical Design Engineers within GenroboticsAdvanced Robotic Research and LearningCentre
Duties&Responsibilities:
  • Equipthe students with the necessary expertise in mechanical designprinciples specifically relevant torobotics.
  • Enhance their proficiency inSolidWorks software.
  • Foster a deepunderstanding of robotic systems including dynamics kinematics andmechanical design.
  • Develop strong analyticaland problemsolving skills to address engineering challenges inrobotics.
  • Cultivate effective collaborationskills to work seamlessly with other engineers andresearchers.
  • Able to monitor a group ofstudents.

KeySkills:
  • Experiencewith 3D CAD software such asSolidWorks
  • Mechanical Design for Robotics:Understanding of mechanisms actuators linkages and other roboticcomponents.
  • Advanced CAD Software: Proficiencyin industrystandard CAD software used by Genrobotics (e.g.SolidWorks Creo).
  • Robotics Fundamentals:Knowledge of robot dynamics kinematics and controlsystems.
  • Finite Element Analysis (FEA): Abilityto analyze stress and optimize structures for roboticapplications.
  • Design for Manufacturability(DFM): Designing components with manufacturing processes inmind.
