Product Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to oversee the IT service delivery of the Ford Credit - Core Foundational platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various key tasks including documenting product roadmaps, backlog management, sustaining and enhancing day-to-day operations, driving process efficiencies and automations, adhering to SLA commitments, leading governance, metrics management, stakeholder management, effectively driving and reporting out production support, enhancements, and other related activities with a strong inclination towards action. The successful candidate should be self-driven, have a high degree of accountability, and possess exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Support: Oversee production support activities, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. Implement proactive measures to prevent future incidents and enhance system stability. Operational Excellence: Sustain and enhance day-to-day operations, identifying and implementing solutions for continuous improvement. Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues to ensure high-quality service delivery. SLA Management: Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) through proactive monitoring and performance management. Implement strategies to continuously improve service delivery and exceed client expectations. Governance & Compliance: Lead governance initiatives to ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and industry best practices. Metrics & Reporting: Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure the effectiveness of IT service delivery. Generate insightful reports to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. Process Optimization & Automation: Drive process efficiencies by identifying and implementing automation opportunities. Leverage technology to streamline workflows and optimize resource utilization. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization. Effectively communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to ensure alignment and support. Product Roadmap & Strategy: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with company goals and needs. Define product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Backlog Management & Grooming: Effectively manage the product backlog, prioritizing tasks based on strategic value and operational needs. Lead backlog grooming sessions to refine user stories and ensure clarity for the development team. Agile Champion: Lead and champion Agile/Scrum practices within the team. Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and other ceremonies to foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. Proficiency in ITIL / ITSM Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills. Proven experience as a Product Manager / Lead or similar role in IT service delivery with a strong emphasis on Agile methodologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives. Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.-
