Minimum of 3 years of experience as a product manager ideally with a focus on credit risk solutions Proven track record of launching successful, scalable technology products Strong technical acumen and ability to collaborate with engineering teams and end users Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written Strategic thinker with strong bias for action Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in-flight. Ability to work in a matrixed organization in which you are able to manage through cross-functional teams. Influential leadership skills that will allow you to encourage a collaborative atmosphere. Experience related to the entire product development lifecycle from inception to retirement. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field Strategy & Execution: Align our platform strategy with execution, ensuring the user story backlog is prioritized, refined, and aligned with key initiatives and features User Story Creation: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements as detailed user stories and acceptance criteria Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the liaison between the development team and external stakeholders, ensuring open communication channels and clear expectation Agile Expertise: Champion agile practices across the product team, ensuring efficient and effective product development cycles As Product Manager for our Global Credit Risk Solutions, you will leverage your experience & expertise with financial services risk solutions to drive work within scrum teams, ensuring prioritization and alignment in Creative Production: Lead the team responsible for creative execution of multi-channel creative campaign assets that resonate with our target audiences, effectively communicating our brand values and key messages. Not afraid to roll-up sleeves when necessary to get things done. Brand Identity Consistency: Protect the company's brand identity by ensuring consistent application of guidelines across all creative materials and campaigns.Impact You'll Make:
Expectations in the first 90 days:
You will learn the TransUnion product strategy and familiarize with the TransUnion Product Development Process – from ideation through product launch. You will learn our current product initiatives and contribute to required components of the Product Development Process. You will identify key players across the organization and establish strong collaborative relationships. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.TransUnion Job Title
