Key Responsibilities:
Taking complete ownership and operations of the product (THG Children Products & Special Publications ) The Hindu desktop / Mobile App.
Responsible for UI/UX, feature additions, updates, design, and engagement aspects of the product.
Directly responsible for the subscription numbers, Churn reduction, page views and engagement metrics.
Responsible for vision, mission, design, and execution.
Manage and operate product road map and backlogs.
Accountable for Operations, and subscription revenue. page views and product management of the Hindu web.
Desired Skills
UG/PG degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing or equivalent preferred
Preferred Candidate Digital Sales Background
Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job.
Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
