KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:

Business
Achieve contributed value targets set for thebranch
Ensure sales volumes formultiple products sourcing quality & underwriting diligenceto meet sales
targets whilecontrolling delinquencies andfrauds
Provide superior customerexperience
Manage TAT s on credit& processing
Minimize pre& post disbursaldiscrepancies
MonitoringPerformance
Monitoring Branchperformance in terms of key driversi.e.
Contributed Value .Volumes /Profitability / Expenses / Losses
Employee Retention
EmployeeProductivity
Customerexperience
Monitor individualperformance of each employee continuously work to maximizeproductivity
PeopleManagement
Motivate and developbranch team
Drive branch team toexcel.
Manage and mentor the teamand keep attrition of branch stafflow
Conduct regular meeting withbranch staff
Provide open andhonest feedback and ask forfeedback.

RequirementsRequirements
SKILLS/ COMPETENCIESREQUIRED:

78 Years experience with at least 4 years in RetailAssets
Ability to plan &execute
Strong interpersonalskills and leadership ability
Ability to create professional work culture that encouragesenthusiasm and team spirit
Understanding of credit risks & operationalrisks.
Ability to manage andimplement change by taking completeownership

Requirements SKILLS / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: 7-8 Years experience,with at least 4 years in Retail Assets Ability to plan &execute Strong inter-personal skills and leadership ability,Ability to create professional work culture that encouragesenthusiasm and team spirit Understanding of credit risks &operational risks.
