JobDescription:

TheHR is dedicated to the Marketing Team plays a key role in ensuringthe effective functioning of the sales department through strategicHR initiatives. This role requires a blend of HR expertise tocreate a positive and productive workenvironment.

KeyResponsibilities:


Recruitmentand Onboarding:


Coordinatingwith sales managers to identify staffing needs and developrecruitmentstrategies.

SchedulingRecruitmentand On boarding of all Marketing Staffs and ensuring sufficientfieldforce.

Sourcingscreen and interviewing candidates for sales positions ensuringalignment with departmental goals and culturalfit.

Facilitatethe on boarding process for new sales team members providingnecessary training and orientation withfaculties.


PerformanceManagement:


Implementperformance management systems to monitor and evaluate sales teamperformance. By setting performance goals and provide regularfeedback and coaching to teammembers.

Developstrategies to recognize and reward top performers and addressunderperformanceproactively.


TrainingandDevelopment:


Newrecruits to be schedule for induction training in Head office andevaluate their performance for threemonths.

Identifytraining needs within the sales team and develop training programsto enhance sales skills product knowledge and customer servicerelatedtrainings.

Coordinatewith internal or external trainers to deliver training sessions orworkshops tailored to the sales teamsrequirements.

Trackand evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and makearrangements for retraining ifnecessary.



EmployeeRelations:


Act as a liaison between sales team members and HR departmentaddressing concerns grievances or conflicts in a timely andconfidential manner. Creating apositivework culture within the sales team through effective communicationteambuilding activities and recognitionprograms.

Ensurecompliance with company policies procedures and legal regulationsrelated toemployment.


CompensationandBenefits:


Completionof full & final settlements on time to all sales team basedon the approval from salesteam.

Provideguidance to sales managers on compensationrelated matters includingsalary reviews promotions and benefitsadministration.


DataAnalysis andReporting:


Collectand analyze HR metrics related to the sales team such as turnoverrates sales performance and trainingeffectiveness.

Prepare regular reports and presentations for managementhighlighting key HR insights and recommendations forimprovement.
