  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Coordinate with sales managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
    • Schedule recruitment and onboarding of all marketing staff and ensure sufficient field force.
    • Source, screen, and interview candidates for sales positions, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and cultural fit.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new sales team members, providing necessary training and orientation.
  • Performance Management:
    • Implement performance management systems to monitor and evaluate sales team performance.
    • Set performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
    • Develop strategies to recognize and reward top performers and address underperformance proactively.
  • Training and Development:
    • New recruits to be scheduled for induction training in the head office and evaluate their performance for three months.
    • Identify training needs within the sales team and develop training programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service-related trainings.
    • Coordinate with internal or external trainers to deliver training sessions or workshops tailored to the sales team's requirements.
    • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make arrangements for retraining if necessary.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Act as a liaison between sales team members and the HR department, addressing concerns, grievances, or conflicts in a timely and confidential manner.
    • Create a positive work culture within the sales team through effective communication, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations related to employment.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    • Complete full and final settlements on time to all sales team members based on the approval from the sales team.
    • Provide guidance to sales managers on compensation-related matters, including salary reviews, promotions, and benefits administration.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Collect and analyze HR metrics related to the sales team, such as turnover rates, sales performance, and training effectiveness.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting key HR insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • High experience in recruitment and team management in any type of industries.
  • High exposure in MS Office and spoken Hindi.
Job Details:
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
  • Pay: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month.
  • Benefits: Health insurance, Provident Fund.
  • Schedule: Day shift, Morning shift.
