**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Maintaining files, records, and ensuring documentation is properly stored.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers for office maintenance and supplies.
- Managing office equipment and ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.
- Welcoming and assisting clients, visitors, and guests with professionalism.
- Handling travel arrangements and accommodation for staff.
- Supporting the HR team in tasks like attendance tracking and employee documentation.
- Providing support to the management team as required.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in office management systems and procedures.
- Knowledge of basic accounting tasks is a plus.
