Roles and Responsibilities:

Ø  Strong technical background with a minimum of 4 years of experience in programming. 

Ø  Proven experience in designing and implementing complex, scalable, distributed, and secure systems. 

Ø  Expertise in Java, Spring, JPA, Kafka, Multi-Threading, Docker, Kubernetes, Socket Programming. 

Ø  Experience in RDBMS with expertise in database design, writing efficient queries & optimizing the resources. 

Ø  Knowledge in React & NodeJS is a plus. 

Ø  Solid understanding of software development methodologies, coding standards, and best practices. 

Ø  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to approach complex technical challenges strategically. 

Ø  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
