Jobdescription:

As a Talent Partner youwill be responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring top talentto meet the staffing needs. You will collaborate closely withhiring managers and department heads to understand their staffingrequirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. The rolerequires a deep understanding of the industry strong interpersonalskills and the ability to manage the entire recruitment lifecycleefficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needsand develop recruitment strategies.
  • Sourcecandidates through various channels including job boards socialmedia networking and referrals.
  • Screen resumesand conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidatequalifications.
  • Coordinate and scheduleinterviews with hiring managers and team members.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensuredata accuracy and compliance.
  • Extend offers ofemployment and negotiate salary and benefits packages.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates forfuture opportunities.
  • Provide guidance andsupport to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and bestpractices.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues onworkforce planning diversity initiatives and employer brandingefforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends andrecruitment best practices to continuously improve sourcingstrategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources BusinessAdministration or a related field (or equivalentexperience).
  • Proven experience as a TalentPartner Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and bestpractices.
  • Experience with applicant trackingsystems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in afastpaced environment.
  • Strong negotiationskills and the ability to close offers.
  • Proactive approach to problemsolving anddecisionmaking.
  • High level of confidentialityand professionalism.
