Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Chennai (Hybrid)

What this role isn’t:
What this role is: Do we want this section? If so, we need to build it better-
- Create engaging messaging to communicate with prospective talent- Stay up to date on our business, openings, and the ever-evolving technology landscape to best source, attract, and engage talent- Ensure job postings are accurate, attractive, error free, and avoid unconsciously biased language

What you need to have:
- Experience managing all aspects of the recruiting process and ensure Workday is current and aligned to our SLA-
- Competent sourcing skills with knowledge of where to find passive talent within specific talent segments-
- Ability to think creatively and share ideas to drive innovation within our talent team and help with projects- Proven experience providing clear, professional written and verbal communication. You are an over communicator.-
- Demonstrate a proactive versus reactive recruiting approach- Collaborates with stakeholders and provide information on the market trends.- Compliant to GDPR regulations- Minimum of 2 years direct search experience
