Job Purpose:

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to lead the design efforts for our credit card products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a passion for creating visually appealing and user-centric designs. This role will involve working closely with the Mar Comms team, product managers, and external agencies to develop and execute design concepts that enhance the overall user experience and drive engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design process for credit card marketing materials, including but not limited to digital and print ads, social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and promotional materials. Collaborate with the Mar Comms team to understand project requirements, target audience, and marketing objectives. Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for the credit card products, ensuring all design elements align with the brand guidelines. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts. Work closely with external UI/UX agencies to integrate user-centric design principles into our digital platforms. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and outputs. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

Education Qualification: 

Graduation: Any Graduation 

Post-graduation: MBA

Experience: 5 years of work experience
