Job Purpose
Position will be responsible for driving the rewards program for credit cards
Key Accountabilities
•Configure and drive rewards earn and redemptions
•Build multi-channel capabilities for accelerated reward earns and redemptions.
•Be accountable for rewards cost management
•Work closely with technology team for enabling various engagement platforms
Job Duties & responsibilities
Customer experience & service
Build frictionless customer interface for rewards management
Interact closely with product & portfolio teams for driving business objectives
P&L monitoring
Will closely review P&L and drive key reward metrics to optimize the same.
Stakeholder & vendor management
Will liase with vendor partners to drive business goals
Work with internal stakeholders – Technology, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Audit and Service.
Regulatory compliance and assessment
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines for all card related parameters.
Ensure compliance of card network guidelines
Required Experience
•Minimum experience of 6 years with 3 years in credit cards
•Conversant with card systems on originations, card management and interface with other linked systems.
•Good presentation skills (conversant with MS Office)
•Experience in vendor management and business development
Education / Preferred Qualifications
•MBA Degree/PGDM from a recognized university.
•Specialization in Digital Payments will be an added advantage

•Expertise in understanding End to End Credit Card Lifecycle
•Good analytical skills to plan and execute portfolio campaigns
Work Relationship
•Reporting to Credit cards head
•Working with Technology, Operations, Service, vendor(s), Compliance, Risk, Consumer Banking Product & distribution teams,
•Interactions w/direct reports of Heads of Departments and others defined from time to time
