The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Setting the project scope, timelines and budget as well as resource planning and activities scheduling.
  • Working closely with various stakeholders on project related matters.
  • Overseeing all aspects of the management and operations of the project to ensure smooth execution.
  • Analysing risks and mitigating these in order to ensure that the project is delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Ensuring the project is in compliance with internal guidelines as well as regulatory standards and requirements.
  • Optimising current processes to meet quality and yield targets.
  • Implementing and integrating new and improved process workflows.
  • Maintaining documentation for new and improved processes.

Ideal Profile

  1. Bachelor's degree in an engineering or manufacturing discipline required.
  2. Ten to fifteen years of demonstrated experience as a program manager leading cross functional teams from several different groups
  3. Able to execute programs of high complexity and uncertainty from concept through deployment with no supervision and in accordance with NPD & PPAP process.
  4. Demonstrated experience in project selection / project portfolio alignment.
  5. Handling on projects for Automotive Parts Machining for different Customers
  6. Have knowledge & Experience on Preparation of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Process Drawings and Control Plan.
  7. Take Ownership in PROTO & PPAP Sample development & submission as per customer time plan.
  8. Monitor Customer complain and take appropriate corrective action
  9. Demonstrated experience with facilitating strong collaboration/communication across multiple geographic locations.
  10. Strong written and oral communication skills.
  11. Languages: English required.
  12. Strong competency in customer focus (both internal and external) to ensure program objectives meet the customer's needs.
  13. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Project Management Software (e.g. Microsoft Project), and demonstrated ability to learn other business software.
  14. Demonstrated and proven proficiency in program management
  15. Hands on Experience & Knowledge on following Points
  • Reduce cost by Interaction with Source development.
  • Knowledge in Fixture, Tooling, Gauges Design & Procurement.
  • Work with Core team to reduce Machining Rejections
  • Active involvement in Process Prove out.
  • Work with Core team to enhance Productivity by Optimization of Process.
  • Knowledge online Balancing and Continuous improvement
