Required Skills
4+ year experience in program management 15+ year experience in IT with 5+ years in project management Well versed in waterfall, iterative, agile, spotify execution methodology Experience in preparing detailed project plans Certified PMP, CSM Certification in PMP is added advantage Responsible for resource utilization and P&L Expertise in office tools, Project management tools like SNOW, JIRA, Azure Devops Create and present management reports for customer and internal stakeholders Proven experience in program management. Proven stakeholder management skills. Proven experience managing a team. Experience in RPA projects is an added advantage Account mining is essentialProgram Manager Responsibilities
Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the customer organization. Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the business unit Creating and managing long-term goals for the team Developing a budget and operating plan for the program. Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement. Managing a team with required skills and define roles and responsibilities. Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, quality, and team and individual performance. Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved. Meeting with stakeholders to enable opportunities and enable better communication. Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle. Analyzing program risks and planning mitigation Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendorsAt YASH, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
