  • Roles& Responsibilities
  • The ideal candidatemust have expertise in leading the research and development ofanalytic solutions with a focus on mathematical modelingstatistical methods and machine learning processes. The candidatewould also have the capacity to work in an agile developmentenvironment alongside software engineers and a solid foundation indeveloping solutions for marketing and advertisingorganizations.

  • Responsibilities
  • Use and fit different mathematical and econometric models forexplanatory purposes that deliver better decisions and createhighquality data visualizations for internal and externalpurposes.
  • Research design and implementanalytic and mathematical approaches and algorithms to buildscalable best of class webbased analyticalsolutions
  • Design and test analytical modulesfor Nielsen modeling platforms
  • Partner withour Software Engineering department to build bestofclass webbasedanalytical solutions
  • Document and presentmethodology inside and outside thecompany
  • Requirements
  • PhDor Masters degree in Operations Research Industrial EngineeringApplied MathematicsComputer Science or Relatedfield
  • 2 yrs experience in working in DataScience and/or Statistical analysis
  • Expertisein Python Spark SQL or other modern programminglanguages
  • Experience in using machine learninglibraries and techniques
  • Proficient in writingproduction grade code using scientific computing packages (e.g.NumPySciPy Scikitlearn)
  • Experience withBayesian and Frequentist statistics
  • Experiencewith NumPyro is a plus
  • Familiarity with cloudproviders (e.g. AWS Azure) is a plus
  • Experience in code management docker and CI/CD pipelines is aplus
  • Excellent oral and written communicationskills
  • Wellorganized and capable of workingindependently on missioncritical projects while meetingdeadlines
  • Quick learner with a logical mindsetand analytical thinking who is passionate abouttechnology
  • Experience in shortreleaselifecycle (agile processes including scrum) is aplus
