  • 5 years ofprofessional work experience in Statistics Data Science and/orrelated disciplines with focus on delivering analytics softwaresolutions in a production environment
  • Expertisewith relational and distributed database systems with expertise intools such as Spark Presto and other SQLbased queryingengines
  • Expertise in coding and testing ofanalytical modules using Python SQL andSpark.
  • Expertise in at least one statisticalsoftware or machine learning package such as R orScikitlearn
  • Expertise with optimizationtechniques and tools such as AIMMS Gurobietc
  • Expertise with DevOps tools and CI/CDworkflows including Git
  • Expertise withsophisticated data mining forecasting & modeling solutionsand the tools that support them such as Scikitlearn PyTorch andPyMC3
  • Wellorganized clear communication and anability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fastpacedenvironment
  • Graduate/Post Graduate degree inStatistics Economics Applied Mathematics Computer ScienceEngineering or other Quantitative field ofstudy
  • Exceptional problem solving skills.Abilities to solve problems independently and within acrossfunctional team to resolve any hurdles in theprojects
  • Critical thinking skills to evaluateresults in order to make timelydecisions
  • Mentor and provide guidance to otherdata scientists
  • (Preferable) Experience workingin cloudbased environments such as Azure AWS orGCP
  • (Preferable) Experience with ETL frameworkslike Airflow
  • (Preferable) Domain expertise insurvey sampling and/or audiencemeasurement


RoleAnd Responsibilities:
  • Research designdevelop implement and test econometric statistical optimization andmachine learning models.
  • Design write and testmodules for analytics platforms using Python R SQL and/orSpark.
  • Utilize advancedcomputational/statistics libraries including Spark MLlibScikitlearn SciPy StatsModels or R.
  • Collaboratewith cross functional Data Science Product and Technology teams tointegrate best practices from across theorganization
  • Provide leadership and guidancefor the team in the of adoption of new tools and technologies toimprove our core capabilities
  • Execute andrefine the roadmap to upgrade the modeling/forecasting/controlfunctions of the team to improve upon the core service KPIs
  • Gain a deep understanding of the Audiomethodology supported by the team
  • Ensureproduct quality stability and scalability by facilitating codereviews and driving best
  • practices like modularcode unit tests and incorporating CI/CDworkflows
  • Explain complex data science (e.g.modelrelated) concepts in simple terms to nontechnical internal andexternalaudiences
