  • Showcase a strongsense of leadership and aptitude for creating efficientworkflows
  • Take charge of overseeing the growthand performance of a group of datascientists
  • Work with researchers to develop andimplement workflows for the data scienceteam
  • Write effective highquality Python code tosolve problems
  • Debug code and provide thoroughdocumentation
  • Conduct code reviews with peersand offer helpful criticism
  • Using free datasets(such as Kaggle the UN the US government etc.) use your dataanalytic skills to formulate and respond to important businessissues
  • In order to comprehend requirements andconvey findings efficiently communicate withresearchers
  • Effectively communicate complicatedtopics to team members and stakeholders while providing practicalassistance with data analysis
  • In addition todesigning and implementing workflows for the data science teamsolve difficult problems
JobRequirements:
  • Bachelor s/Master sdegree in Engineering Computer Science (or equivalentexperience)
  • At least 7 years of relevantexperience as a Data Scientist Lead/Manager
  • 5years of Python programming and data scienceexperience
  • 2 years of experience leading agroup of at least five employees
  • Prolificexperience working with DataScience
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities towork well with researchers andstakeholders
  • Substantial critical thinking andproblemsolving abilities
  • Strong business sensecombined with data analytic abilities to identify the key questionsto ask from the dataset provide clear answers and explain the keyfindings
  • Nice to have some understanding ofSQL
  • Excellent English communication skills bothconversational andwritten
