PositionTitle:Talent AcquisitionSpecialist.JobSummary:A TalentAcquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting sourcing andrecruiting qualified professionals with expertise in requireddomain as per companys requirement. This role involvescollaborating with hiring managers understanding organizationalneeds and ensuring that the team is equipped with skilledindividuals who can contribute to the success of media distributionprojects.
KeyResponsibilities:NeedsAssessment:Collaboratewith hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand talentrequirements with respect to consultingprojects.Develop aclear understanding of the skills qualifications and experienceneeded for various roles within theteam.TalentSourcing:Utilizevarious sourcing strategies including job boards social mediaindustry events and networking to identify and attract qualifiedcandidates.Buildand maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiringneeds.CandidateScreening:Reviewresumes conduct initial screenings and assess candidates againstestablishedcriteria.Coordinateand conduct interviews to evaluate candidates skills experience andculturalfit.Collaborationwith HiringManagers:Workclosely with hiring managers to understand project requirements andrefine jobdescriptions.Provideguidance on industry trends and talent market conditions to informhiringdecisions.RecruitmentProcessManagement:Managethe endtoend recruitment process ensuring a positive candidateexperience.Coordinateinterview schedules assessments and referencechecks.EmployerBranding:Contributeto the development and execution of employer branding initiativesto attract top talent to theorganization.Negotiationand OfferManagement:Facilitatesalary negotiations and work closely with hiring managers toprepare and extend joboffers.Ensure thatoffers align with industry standards and internal compensationguidelines.OnboardingSupport:Collaboratewith HR and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition for newhires.MarketResearch:Stayinformed about industry trends competitor hiring practices andemerging talent in the consultingfield.Makerecommendations for continuous improvement in recruitmentstrategies.
QualificationsandSkills:Bachelorsdegree in human resources business administration or a relatedfield. HR certification is aplus.Provenexperience in talent acquisition preferably within Non ITindustry.Knowledgeof distribution processes technologies and industrytrends.Stronginterpersonal and communicationskills.Familiaritywith applicant tracking systems and other recruitmenttools.Ability towork in a fastpaced environment and manage multiplepriorities.Excellentnegotiation and influencingskills.
