Role - TA Specialist

Location - Andheri (Mumbai)


Responsibilities:


1. Talent Acquisition:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements for various non-IT roles.
  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.

2.Bulk Hiring:

  • Specialize in high-volume recruitment for positions such as customer support, operations, marketing, and other non-IT functions.
  • Implement effective strategies to attract and hire multiple candidates simultaneously.

3.Collaboration:

  • Work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand team dynamics and culture fit.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline recruitment processes.


Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on non-IT roles.
  2. Strong understanding of bulk hiring processes.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  5. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitme
