Job Description

Salesforce Administrator We are seeking for a Salesforce Admin with minimum 3 salesforce certification and has a proven ability to ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products. The preferred candidate should able to work in the development environment which includes managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups. He must be very well versed with maintaining the Sales/Service Cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards Responsibilities: - Develop high quality, scalable out of box solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, requirements and company goals - Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration - Manage daily support and maintenance of Salesforce instance - Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups. - Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data. - Maintaining the Sales Cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards. - Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing. - Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support. - Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables. - Preparing reports for Sales and other departments. Competencies: - Extensive experience in an Information Technology role (> 2 years) - 4-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a similar environment. - SFDC Administration, Advance Administrator certification preferred - Familiarity with sales, service and marketing processes - Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration. - Solid understanding of Salesforce platform, features and governor limits - Strong understanding of relational database concepts and designs - Experience in Agile development preferred Additional knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and verbal/written communication - Motivated and self-directed individual, bringing a strong sense of focus and energy to work. - It?s not a must have but good to have the knowledge about Airlines/Insurance/Financial Services domain
