**Position Description**:
Deque is seeking a highly capable and analytical Salesforce Administrator to join our growing Operations team. This position will work closely with the Senior Salesforce Administrator to enhance and maintain Deque's Salesforce org. You will partner with stakeholders, gather requirements, and collaborate with the Senior Salesforce Administrator to help Deque achieve its goals through crafting scalable solutions. To be successful in this role you need to have exceptional problem solving skills, be proficient in reporting and dashboarding, communicate effectively with all levels, and be a lifelong learner.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Support day-to-day operations of Salesforce, user license management, and managed packages.
- Triage support requests and escalate when necessary.
- Given a business question, create detailed reports and dashboards to assist with analysis.
- Identify reporting gaps and recommend data collection strategies.
- Gather requirements, write user stories, and manage tasks within Jira.
- Collaborate with Senior Administrator and business partners to analyze processes and streamline solutions on platform.
- Coordinate and support user acceptance testing.
- Produce documentation and training materials.
- Provide training and support Sales Enablement efforts.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience as an administrator, business analyst, or consultant.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce best practices and standard functionality of Sales Cloud.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of complex formula fields and validation rules.
- Proficiency using custom report types, filter logic, cross filters, and summary/row-level formulas within reports.
- Proficiency creating meaningful and impactful dashboards based on business requirements.
- Ability to provide user training and support.

**Bonus Points**:

- Understanding of agile methodologies and principles.
- Holding additional Salesforce certifications.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
- Experience with Conga and/or DocuSign.
- Experience with Data Loader.
- Being a Trailhead Ranger.

Working Works:
EST Time zone: I.e. 5:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST (currently remote support)
