About Corporate and Investment Banking & Investment Research (CIB & IR)

As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, you’ll be working with a team that specializes in global market research, working with the top-rated investment research organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and leading asset managers. We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.

What you will be doing at Evalueserve: 

Business Analysts will join the Lending Services (Private banking) team at Evalueserve, supporting bankers in critical lending/credit processes across end to end lending journey such as follows:

• Personal Financial Statements (PFS), Personal Tax Returns (PTR) and Credit Bureau Report (CBR) spreading of HNWI / UHNWI in excel based template and in lending platform along with key metrics calculations

• Business Financials spreading (PL, BS and CF) on excel based model or lending platform along with key credit metrics calculation

• Brief write-up in lending platform for risk rating calculation

• Calculating covenants in line with facility agreements and providing detailed rationale for covenant Met/Breach results

• Drafting/Updating Annual/Interim underwriting loan/facilities reviews:

• Loan/Facilities Overview

• Collateral Analysis

• Financial Analysis (Historical and Forecast) (Operating, Leverage & Liquidity ratios)

• Key Metrics write-up

• Risks and Mitigants

Skills we’re looking for: 

• Strong Accounting and financial skills

• Understanding and experience of spreading PFS, PTR and CBR is Preferable

• Understanding and experience of credit review or underwriting role is Preferable

• Eye for details and ability to identify and solve issues effectively on time

• Good MS Office Skills

• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timely manner

• Ability to practice attentive and active listening skills

• Ability to identify pro-active ways to contribute to firms’ goals & mission

• Challenging current thinking by implementing new ways of working
