About Corporate and Investment Banking & Investment Research (CIB & IR)

As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, you’ll be working with a team that specializes in global market research, working with the top-rated investment research organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and leading asset managers. We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.

What you will be doing at Evalueserve: 

Business Analysts will join the LendingServices (Private banking) team at Evalueserve, supporting bankers in criticallending/credit processes across end to end lending journey such as follows:

• Personal Financial Statements(PFS), Personal Tax Returns (PTR) and Credit Bureau Report (CBR) spreading ofHNWI / UHNWI in excel based template and in lending platform along with keymetrics calculations

• Business Financials spreading (PL,BS and CF) on excel based model or lending platform along with key creditmetrics calculation

• Brief write-up in lending platformfor risk rating calculation

• Calculating covenants in line with facility agreements and providingdetailed rationale for covenant Met/Breach results

• Drafting/Updating Annual/Interimunderwriting loan/facilities reviews:

• Loan/Facilities Overview

• Collateral Analysis

• Financial Analysis (Historical andForecast) (Operating, Leverage & Liquidity ratios)

• Key Metrics write-up

• Risks and Mitigants

Skills we’re looking for: 

• Strong Accounting and financial skills

• Understanding and experience ofspreading PFS, PTR and CBR is Preferable

• Understandingand experience of credit review or underwriting role is Preferable

• Eyefor details and ability to identify and solve issues effectively on time

• GoodMS Office Skills

• ExcellentCommunication and interpersonal skills

• Abilityto ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timelymanner

• Abilityto practice attentive and active listening skills

• Abilityto identify pro-active ways to contribute to firms’ goals & mission

• Challengingcurrent thinking by implementing new ways of working
