About Corporate and Investment Banking & Investment Research (CIB & IR)

As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, you’ll be working with a team that specializes in global market research, working with the top-rated investment research organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and leading asset managers. We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.

What you will be doing at Evalueserve

•Work as an integralpart of Private Equity Clients’ deal team and engage in frequent clientinteractions

•Analyze andidentify potential targets for Private Equity Clients and drive the deal frominitiation to end

•Build and updatefinancial models including LBO and DCF as part of deal valuation and arrive atreasonable purchase price

•Assist in preparinginvestment memo (research, analysis, presentation development)

•Create marketingteasers / Information Memorandum for deals

•Quarterly update ofprecedents transactions list, public comps list

•Create duediligence analysis through slice and dice of data pack received from potentialtargets

•Maintain a deal tracker,scan through a data room and track items that have been uploaded / are pending

•Research onpotential funding sources

•Assist withtracking investor outreach and follow-ups during active fund raises

•Assist withresponding to lender requests and analyzing data

•Assist in updatinginvestor portal

•Work independentlyon complex projects and deliver error-free outcomes, while maintaining high levelsof efficiency and clear client communication

•Conduct on-the-joband off-the-job training sessions for new joiners and team members

•Employee friendlywork culture and significant upside of managing multiple teams, driving businessdevelopment as part of career progression

What we’re looking for

• 2-7 years of financial/investment banking/private equity/buy side research experience with globalclients

• Sound financial modelingskills, quantitative skills and strong in corporate finance skills

• Strong in creating power pointpresentations (Teasers/CIM) for deals

• Excellent written and oral communicationskills

• Proficiency in databases –Factset, CapIQ, Bloomberg, Pitchbook

• Post Graduate preferably MBA(specialization finance & econometrics)/CFA/CA
