  • Screen and direct phone calls anddistribute correspondence
  • Organize and maintainfiles and records
  • Act as the point of contactbetween executives and internal/externalclients
  • Coordinate meetings events andconferences
  • Take dictation and minutes duringmeetings
  • Prepare and organize documents andreports
  • Conduct research and compiledata
  • Manage office supplies andvendors
  • Handle confidential information withdiscretion
  • Provide administrative support asneeded
  • Act as the gatekeeper toexecutives
  • Handle personal tasks forexecutives
  • Follow up on action items frommeetings
  • Coordinate with other team members toaccomplish tasks
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration or related field
  • Provenexperience as a personal or executivesecretary
  • Proficient in MS Office and relatedsoftware
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizationaland multitasking abilities
  • High level ofdiscretion and confidentiality
  • Strong timemanagement and prioritization skills
