Your Team

Technology, Strategy, Innovation and Planning is a a fast-paced agile development team building-out enterprise grade data platforms that support Client Experience, Regulatory, and investment teams. You’ll be a part of a dynamic, collaborative team that wants to hear your input, give feedback and deliver innovative solutions quickly.

Your Role
As a full stack engineer on the team, you will be a member of a high preforming agile squad, expected to master end to end application delivery, including UI Implementations using Javascript / React, application tier using one or more of Java (springboot), Python (Fast/Flask), and/or Node (NestJS), along side traditinal sql and no sql databases (postgres, redis).


You Will Be Responsible For:
• Writing functional code, that is well architected, safe, secure, and tested to be delivered into production

- Write test cases, documentation, and kb articles about the components and code.

- Contibute code via reusable widgets, to common libraries, establish patterns and platforms for component re-use

- Learning, Teachig and growing as a team, fostering a collaborative culture of engineering excelenece.

- Actively using Jira, scoping, writing and grooming stories

The Experience You Bring:
• A can do attitude, energy and passion for building complex innovative systems

- 5-8 years of hands on object oriended coding experence in one or more of the following frameworks & corresponding language (NestJS, FastAPI, SpringBoot, ReactJS

- Understanding of Generative AI, AI and a passion for learning in this space, specifically LangChain/Smith, OpenAI API, Vector Databses (eg pinecone, qdrant or open search)

• Understands key business drivers and uses this understanding to accomplish own work

• Works on assignments of moderate scope and complexity where some initiative and independent judgment is required to search out appropriate courses of action within the context of established policies and procedures
• Uses concepts and abilities of the skill and the Firm’s internal policies and procedures to complete assignments and solve problems

• Defers non-routine decisions to immediate supervisor
