Description
We are looking for a talented andcreative Communication Designer to join our marketing team. Theideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be proficientin creating visually compelling visuals for various platformsincluding social media podcasts and other marketing campaigns. Thisrole requires close internal collaboration & ideation tocommunicate the brand values goals & objectives usingcreativeform.

RequirementsRole& Responsibilities:
  • Designengaging communication strategies for social media platforms(YouTube Instagram LinkedIn Twitteretc.).
  • Ideateand execute strong visual communication forms like (but not limitedto) posters carousels ebooksetc.
  • Maintainand develop cohesive visual branding across social media websiteand marketingcollateral.
  • Preparevisually appealing presentations to support marketinginitiatives.
  • Ensureall content adheres to brand guidelines and maintainsconsistency.
  • Evolvebrand language and direction based on studio goals platform trendsetc.
MusthaveSkills:
  • Strongportfolio showcasing visual communication skills. (and / or Motion)
  • Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator After Effects) andFigma.
  • Solidunderstanding of visual design principles typography color theoryand motiondesign.
  • Excellentcollaboration and communication skills for effectiveteamwork.
  • Strongorganizational abilities to manage multiple tracks anddeadlines.
  • Knowledgein design requirements for social media platforms and marketingcampaigns.


Role & Responsibilities: Assist the Lead Designer in providingcreative direction and guidance to the assigned design team. Helpin setting design goals, defining design strategies, and ensuringthe team s adherence to design standards. Collaborate with projectmanagers and stakeholders to understand project requirements,objectives, and timelines. Participate in project planning,resource allocation, and workflow management to ensure efficientproject execution Collaborate with clients across all phases of theprojects. Contribute to the ideation and creation of designconcepts, taking into consideration user experience, functionality,and visual aesthetics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams torefine designs and incorporate feedback. Create high-quality Userexperience design, including user interfaces, layouts, and otherdesign elements. Utilize design software and tools to producedeliverables that meet project requirements and align with brandguidelines. Foster a collaborative and creative environment withinthe design team. Collaborate with designers, developers, and otherstakeholders to integrate design solutions seamlessly intoprojects. Provide support, mentorship, and guidance to juniordesigners when necessary. Conduct user research and analysis tounderstand user needs, behaviors, and preferences. Apply insightsto inform design decisions and ensure the creation of intuitive anduser-friendly interfaces. Review and evaluate design deliverablesto ensure they meet quality standards, brand guidelines, andproject requirements. Conduct design reviews, provide constructivefeedback, and implement improvements when necessary. Stayup-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and designbest practices. Continuously enhance design skills and knowledgethrough self-learning and engaging in professional developmentopportunities. Ensure that along with you, your assigned team of UXand Visual Designers are also positively growing by mentoring andnurturing them through constant reviews and interventions. Musthave Skills: Significant experience in leading design teams in afast-paced working environment Critical thinking with ability tocollaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders Strong knowledgeof various designing processes and prior experience in managingthem Technical expertise & depth in user research, prototyping,user journeys, IA s and more Experience guiding UX and other designteams through the creation and application of design strategiesStrong leadership and collaboration skills with an abilty to guideteams in the right direction Keen attention to detail across designfunctions Excellent documentation, storytelling and oratory skillsProficiency with research techniques and modern design andprototyping design tools like Figma Expected Outcomes: Delivery ofprojects within budgets and timelines with quality Growth of teammembers in terms of skill and hence designation Awards andrecognition for the projects you lead New processes and templatesto increase team efficiency and productivity Growth of business byidentifying new opportunities or crafting winning pitches SpecialNotes: Education criteria is not strict Detailed portfolio is mustin which only individual projects / work must be showcased
