Role Overview:

We are seeking a versatile Marketing Designer with strong communication design skills to create engaging visual content across various marketing channels. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to craft materials that align with our branding and marketing goals. Your ability to blend design expertise with marketing strategies will be key to driving brand awareness, engagement, and successful campaigns.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Design high-quality marketing materials such as presentations, landing pages, email templates, eBooks, and social media graphics.- Develop visually compelling assets for product marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all platforms.- Edit and create engaging videos and motion graphics for social media, promotional content, and product highlights.- Innovate with the latest design trends and push creative boundaries to elevate our brand's visual impact.- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that visuals complement and enhance marketing strategies.- Work on video projects independently, from concept to execution, ensuring creative alignment and timely delivery.- Visualize data, concepts, and storylines, producing clear, impactful designs that convey marketing messages effectively.- Stay up-to-date with design and marketing trends, including the use of AI tools to optimize content efforts.

Audience Understanding and Marketing Integration:

- Understand the fundamentals of marketing and how design contributes to marketing goals, including brand consistency, customer engagement, and conversion.- Adapt your designs to cater to different audience segments, ensuring that messaging resonates with the target market.- Quickly grasp project requirements, balancing creativity with practical marketing needs to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

- Excellent understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout.- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).- Experience with creating motion graphics and managing video projects from concept to final execution.- Basic knowledge of marketing strategies and how visual design can support marketing objectives.- Ability to create adaptable designs for various platforms and formats.- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency.- Familiarity with tools like Webflow, Framer, Canva, and Envato is a plus.
