Job Role: Communication Designer

Job Location: Bengaluru

Expertise Required: Graphic Design, PPT, Presentation Design, Google Slides,   

Preferred Companies: Top Advertising / Marketing or Creative Agencies

Experience Required: 3-11 years 

Preferred Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field.

Salary: Starting 8 LPA


  Must-Have:

  • Strong Graphic Design / Communication Designer Profile
  • Must have 3+ YOE as a Graphic Designer, with a lot of work in Animations, Infographics, Business Communications, and PPT / Presentation Design for diverse brands.
  • Must have Strong conceptualization and storyboarding skills, with a creative approach to developing interactive presentation designs.
  • Must have Exceptional skills in transforming written content into Visual Graphical / Data presentations.
  • Must have a strong portfolio of PPT Presentations, PDFs, Reports, Business Decks, Google Slides, keynotes PPT, Infographics etc

Good to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand presentation goals, target audience, and key messaging.
  • Design visually appealing presentations that effectively communicate information and enhance the overall message.
  • Create visually compelling slide layouts, graphics, icons, and illustrations to support the content and improve audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to effectively visualize complex data, charts, and graphs, making them easily understandable and visually appealing.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all presentation materials, including font usage, color schemes, and imagery.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the presentation’s objectives and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create presentation templates and reusable assets to streamline the design process.
  • Continuously seek feedback from stakeholders and incorporate revisions and improvements into the presentation designs.
Ideal Candidate:
  • PPT Designer (preferably Senior) - 3+ years of experience required as a Graphic Designer with a bias towards PPT Design and presentation delivery across multiple brands.
  • Ability to mirror historic PPT design templates or take existing PPT design guidelines and translate them into new PPT content (copy, graphics, photography, video, fonts etc.)
  • Able to present at least 6 presentation cases across different brands that demonstrate different category brand identities / look and feel.
  • Confidence to work individually.
  • Producing work to a high standard, under pressure and within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
