This role is instrumental in driving thetechnical direction ensuring best practices and delivering scalableand efficientapplications.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Leadand mentor a team of .Net developers to deliver highqualitysoftwaresolutions
  • Drive thetechnical design implementation and delivery of .Netapplications
  • Collaboratewith key stakeholders to understand business requirements andtranslate them into technicalsolutions
  • TechnicalCapabilities with handson experience in the followingtools/technologies: ASP.NET C# SQL Server .Net core messagequeueing knowledge design patterns and architectural concepts (MVCDI Restful APIMicroservice)
  • Buildapplications for various platforms using common frameworksincluding .Net
  • Writeclean testable code using .NET programming languages utilizingindepth development technical and design expertise in .NET ASP.NETC# andSQLServer
  • Review andrefactor code
  • Handsonexperience using testing frameworks (i.e. NUnit Visual Studio xUnitetc.) and TDD
  • Providetechnical guidance and support to teammembers
  • Experiencemigrating or working with C SSIS or SSRScode
  • Conduct codereviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and bestpractices
  • Participatein architectural and designdiscussions
  • Manage andprioritize project tasks deadlines anddeliverables
  • Identifyand address technical risks and issuesproactively
  • Ensurescalability performance and security ofapplications
  • Stayupdated with the latest technologies and recommend their adoptionwhenrelevant
  • Participatein the full software developmentlifecycle
  • Contributeto process improvements and toolevaluations
  • Resolvetechnical challenges and provide innovativesolutions
  • Act as atechnical liaison between the development team and otherstakeholders
  • Effectivelycommunicate project status issues and risks tostakeholders
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelorsor Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a relatedfield
  • Minimum of 12years of handson experience in software development with a focus on.Nettechnologies
  • Provenexperience in leading and mentoring software developmentteams
  • Expertise in.Net framework C# ASP.Net MVC and WebAPI
  • Strongunderstanding of objectoriented programming principles and designpatterns
  • Experience inagile methodologies and projectmanagement
  • Excellentproblemsolving and analyticalskills
  • Solidunderstanding of database technologies such as SQL Server Oracle orMySQL
  • Ability tocommunicate and collaborate effectively with crossfunctionalteams
  • Experience indriving technical design and architecturedecisions
  • Capabilityto handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamicenvironment
  • Strongleadership and organizationalskills
  • Ability toidentify and address technical risks andissues
  • Excellentverbal and written communicationskills
  • Relevantcertifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure DeveloperAssociate are aplus
