We are ValueLabs, a leading global technology solutions provider, and we are looking for an experienced Technical Lead who would be responsible for overseeing and managing the development of mobile applications using React Native technology.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in React Native or equivalent mobile development experience.
  • Develop, test, and maintain mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android platforms.
  • Solid experience in React Native app development, including technical design, mobile application architectures, design patterns, UI/UX, and app store submission requirements.
  • Proficient in JavaScript and React/React Native frameworks.
  • Experience with native mobile development languages like Swift, Objective C, and Java/Kotlin is a plus.
  • Knowledge of web technologies like JSON, RESTful APIs, and web services integration in React Native apps.
  • Must be passionate about mobile app development and stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Effective communication skills, a positive attitude, and adaptability to feedback.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrates self-motivation, open-mindedness, integrity, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Conduct thorough testing to identify and fix bugs.
  • Ensure platform compatibility across different devices and screen sizes.
  • Collaborate with designers for intuitive user interfaces and user experiences.
  • Integrate mobile applications with backend services and APIs.
  • Optimize application performance for smooth user experiences.
  • Use version control systems like Git for code management.
  • Continuously improve and maintain the codebase.
  • Implement security measures for user data protection.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, backend).
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
