Job Description:
Dosti Global is looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead for our client, a SaaS product development company has created a Business Operating System that currently leverages Salesforce as a platform.
They are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join the team and help bring the product to the market through the Salesforce AppExchange (as a Salesforce ISV). Initially, a majority of the workload will be working in conjunction with the Clients’ US based developer to complete the transition from Salesforce Classic to Lightning, after which you will focus on product launch activities.
Key Responsibilities:
● Workclosely with our US client and Sr. Salesforce Developer in the role of Technical Lead
● Assist with upgrading the Interface from Visual Force to Lightning
● Implement Lightning components
● Develop and maintain Salesforce workflows, triggers, and integrations
● Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards
● Assist with documentation related to Client's product
● CustomizeSalesforce.com fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, and approval processes.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
● Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards using Salesforce reporting tools.
● Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with other applications using REST, SOAP, and API technologies.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
● Minimum of 5years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
● Solid understanding of JavaScripting and Apex Coding
● Experience with Visual Force to Lightning Migration
● Experience with Salesforce workflows, triggers, and integration
● Knowledge of Web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JAVA Script
● Experience with bringing a product to the Salesforce AppExchange
● Familiar with Salesforce ISV Partner Program
● Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
● Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Project Lead.
