We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing scalable infrastructure solutions, with a strong focus on IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) platforms and VMare vRA (vRealize Automation). You will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our critical IT infrastructure, driving innovation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Architect, design, and implement robust and scalable IaaS environments on leading hyperscaler platforms. Leverage vRA to automate the provisioning, configuration, and management of virtual machines and other infrastructure resources. Utilize automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, or PowerShell to streamline infrastructure operations and improve efficiency. Monitor system performance and capacity, proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, and ensure optimal resource utilization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and facilitate smooth delivery. Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure configurations, procedures, and best practices. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement..

Qualifications

Proven track record of 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a focus on IaaS and vRA. Strong proficiency in virtualization technologies like VMware vSphere Automation. Hands-on experience with hyperscaler platforms (, leading cloud providers) and their associated services. Expertise in automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, powershell. Solid understanding of networking principles, storage technologies, and operating systems (Linux, Windows Server). Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant certifications in hyperscaler technologies or virtualization platforms. Experience with containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
