Role: Senior Manager- IT Infrastructure

Required: Retired Amed Forces  Officer with 15-20 years Professional experience

the selected candidate will lead the IT Infra function at India level

CTC (anticipated): 50 LPA , for a fitting candidate

Senior Managerial Position; with Strategic Leadership, and relevant experience towards role fitment.


Job Requirements:

•    15 to 20 years total professional experience,

  • with minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience managing IT Infrastructure and netwroks.
  • 2 to 5 yrs of Corporate work in IT Infra at Sr. Leadership role will be preferred.
  • Newly retired Officers can be considered subject to directly relatable military experience to this role.


•     Strategic Planning & Leadership


•     Develop & Execute IT infrastructure strategy that align with the organization business goals and objectives.


•     Establish & Enforce IT infrastructure policies and procedures in tandem with global and local requirements.


•      Oversee the administration, maintenance, and support of IT infrastructure including servers, networks and other systems.


•       Plan and manage the infrastructure capacity in coordination with IT asset team , Network team to meet current and future business needs.


•        Develop and Maintain Disaster Recovery and Business continuity plans. Lead and Manage AIPL Infrastructure projects to support future expansion.


•        Develop and manager IT infrastructure budget in coordination with global partners


•        Provide Technical oversight for AIPL infrastructure issues


•        Mentoring and developing the IT infra team


  •     Collaborate with other IT and business unites to ensure effective service delivery.
