SiteSupervisorOverview:TheSite Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinatingconstruction activities onsite. They are responsible for ensuringthat projects are completed safely on time and withinbudget.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Supervise andmanage all onsite constructionactivities.
  • Ensure compliance with buildingcodes safety regulations and other legalrequirements.
  • Coordinate with contractorssubcontractors and suppliers to maintain projectschedule.
  • Monitor and report on projectprogress including budget timelines and quality ofwork.
  • Resolve any onsite issues or conflictsthat may arise.
  • Implement and maintain sitesafety programs and procedures.
  • Provideleadership and guidance to onsite staff andlaborers.
  • Perform quality control checks toensure work meets standards andspecifications.
  • Manage and maintain onsitedocumentation including permits drawings andreports.
  • Communicate regularly with projectmanagers architects and otherstakeholders.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inConstruction Management Engineering or relatedfield.
  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisoror similar role in the constructionindustry.
  • Thorough understanding ofconstruction processes materials andequipment.
  • Excellent leadership andcommunication skills.
  • Strong problemsolvingabilities and decisionmaking skills.
  • Knowledgeof building codes regulations and safetystandards.
  • Ability to read and interpretblueprints and constructiondrawings.
  • Proficient in project managementsoftware and MS Office.
  • Valid drivers licenseand reliable transportation.
  • OSHA certificationand other relevant safetytraining.
