Candidate shall be BE (Civil) PG in Project/ConstructionMgmt will be an added advantage. Shall be able to handle entireproject independently & should have sound technical knowledge& decision making abilities.

Coordinationwith all stakeholders of project conducting weekly meetingsmonitoring progress quality of works. Resolving problems related incoordination with subordinates contractors.

Shall have knowledge of MEP services works & must beable to coordinate with MEP engineers contractors consultants.

Ensuring EHS/quality control systems at site& its documentation control. Ensuring material qualitystandards & its testing reports generation.

Must have handled a team of 5 to 10 technical staff. Willbe leading team of subordinates like Construction managers QCEngineer planning engineer junior engineers Safety officersQS/billing engineers supervisors.

Get prepareproject schedule monitoring & control. Identifying risksinvolved & assessing same. Day to day weekly planning ensuringimplementation of planning at site.

Should havecontrol on project budget monitoring. Analysis on periodic basisfor cost & time impact due to design changes check for changes& verify ensure approval for changes beforeexecution.

Hand over of projects tosatisfaction.
