Job Overview


Aotsum Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our dedicated team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer support or similar role.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Good knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Experience in using customer support software and tools
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Sales and cold calling experience is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide information in response to inquiries and resolve complaints
  • Assist customers with product troubleshooting and technical support
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when communicating with customers
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams
  • Track and document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
  • Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet individual and team performance targets
