JOBTITLE: Marketplace Lead (SeniorManager)JOBDESCRIPTION:Theonline marketplace lead will be responsible for end to endP&L management operations promotions etc. on all externalmarketplaces such as Amazon Flipkart Nykaa etc. to deliver strongrevenue growth in line with monthly & annual businesstargets manage our business operations on the marketplaces manageexpenses liaise & build relationships with marketplaces andscale up our online platform footprint as part of the growthfunction. The incumbent needs to have strong understanding andexperience in managing amazon advertising Flipkart advertising etc.for driving growth.
RESPONSIBILITIESRevenuemanagement Develop& execute monthly plans for revenue growth on all themarketplaces and ensure profit targets aremet End to end management of sales frommarketplaces Own all KPIs related includingP&L for sales fromplatformsPromotionsImplement brand strategy integrated communication and media plansto drive growth on platforms Design& execute effective promotions strategy to push salesnumbers as well as uplift visibility mindmetricsPlatformoperations Ensuresmooth daily operations of our business on all externalplatforms Trouble shoot & resolveoperational issues if any Ensureaccuracy/high quality of content on allplatformsLiaising& key accounts / relationshipmanagement Identifyhigh potential strategic partnerships and build pipeline of newpartners Constantly engage with existingmarketplaces and build strong relationships to drive higherpreference for ourbrandAnalytics& ReportingCompetition monitoring and gathering marketintelligence Detailed analysis of salestrends funnel conversions & all key metrics and sharingrelevant insights Monitor performance& optimize/coursecorrectBudget& ROImanagement Plan& deploy the monthly budgets efficiently for each platformand track the spends effectively Optimizecontinuously to ensure high ROI & minimizeCAC
