Responsibilities :
. Manage a team of - Quality Experts
. Enable business to deliver high quality and faster outcomes and maintain the quality SLA’s
. Adhere to quality framework and ensure timely completion of audits, reports and analysis
. Identify and lead Lead Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement projects
. Drive Ideation to invite potential ideas for improvement
. Help team achieve core deliverables (PKT’s, Audits, Team Meetings, etc)
. Drive internal and client calibrations
. Maintain and present / discuss process and business performance dashboard with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to senior management
. Perform end to end business diagnostic analysis to dissect to identify potential risks, gaps and areas of improvement
. Work with cross functions (Operation, Training and others) to make action plans and drive the same to achieve better results
. Plan and coordinate for resource planning and QA framework execution
. Initiate and execute remediation plans resulting in better business performance
Qualifications / Eligibility:
. Graduate in any discipline
. US Healthcare background with Experience into Revenue Cycle Management preferred with expertise in at least two functions (AR, Eligibility and Benefits Verification, Authorization, Payment Postings, Billing)
. Trained / Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt
. Minimum years in the team management role
. Working knowledge of QC tools and FMEA / Risk assessment
