Role Objective Responsible for the development, implementation, and management of sales
programs tailored to the crusher equipment manufacturing industry.
Industry Type Heavy Equipment or similar Industry exposure.
- Design and implement sales programs to meet business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market
share.
- Strategy development and planning of campaigns that can promote the
business and generate genuine traffic (both offline and online)
- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising,
Communications and Creative
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry
stakeholders such as vendors, advertising agencies, and creative artists as per
the need to drive sales and increase market share.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing issues and
concerns promptly.
- Proficient in different types of organic as well as paid marketing channels
such as content marketing, PPC advertising, Search Engine Optimisation,
Search Engine Marketing, Outdoor Marketing, Social Media Advertising, email
campaigns, lead generation initiatives and comprehensive performance
analytics of the marketing campaigns.
- Participate in industry specific exhibitions, expo, trade shows and road
shows to generate outbound sales leads.
- Monitor sales performance and market trends within the area, and provide
regular reports and insights to senior management.
-Coordinate with product development teams to launch new products and
promotional campaigns in the area.
-Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and pricing guidelines.
- Represent the company customer meetings to promote brand awareness
and generate lead

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or
related field.
- 8+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the heavy
machinery, Crusher or construction equipment industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and Flexibility & change management, Thrive to achieve
deadlines & sales Target
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build
rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends
to inform decision-making.
- Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
