  Key Responsibility :
  • The SecureCX Analyst will be responsible for planning and implementing security measures to protect Concentrix and Concentrix client data and act as a first responder to potential fraud incidents.  
  • Will review real-time alerts and respond to the alerts based on severity, pre-established policies and procedures, as well as work with other internal Concentrix stakeholders to mature the program.  
  • Will assist in development of policy, procedures, standards, etc. 
  • Will analyze real time alerts and associated artifacts. Demonstrate the ability to differentiate false positives and detecting non-compliant behavior.  Achieve results through direct interaction as well as influencing other internal groups or persons to work with you to achieve results.  
  • Maintain documentation for SecureCX framework.
  • Knowledgeable of the SecureCX team objectives and relay same during conversations with Ops, IT, HR focal.
  • Identify automation opportunities, and contribute to ideas for better metrics, reporting and processes
  • Business Assurance responsibilities (as assigned)
  • Collect documentation/evidence as needed
Desired Skills :
  • Experience working in risk management, compliance and internal controls will be preferred
  • Proven analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Background in identifying fraudulent suspicious activity
  • Effectively communicate findings to senior team members and to Concentrix stakeholders
  • 24x7 working flexibility and Work from Office will be mandatory

Educational Qualification – Graduation / Diploma (15 years of formal education) in any discipline.
