Looking for Business Analyst :

With immediate to 30days Notice Period

Business Analyst role expectations :

- Must have experience in Web applications background as a BA.

- Understanding of SDLC is must.

- Must have experience in handling UML Diagram, Prototyping, Requirement gathering.

- Able to write technical user stories.

- Excellent oral and verbal communication skills, problem solving.

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in planning efforts, providing input based on subject area knowledge.

- Provide direction and feedback to internal teams as well as end-users.

- Engage with internal teams to understand architecture implications of potential new features or requirements. Engage with business users to understand needs, using domain knowledge to provide recommendations.

- Identify alignments and gaps between end user requirements and system capabilities.

- Create user personas and journeys, using UML diagrams.

- Document solutions using Business Requirement Specifications / Functional Design Documents / Technical Design Document.

- Manage and track project progress against Functional Traceability Matrix.

- Support multiple projects simultaneously across cross-functional teams.

- Conduct business analysis acceptance testing (BAAT).

- Work with QA teams to ensure that all product use cases are covered, that quality standards are met, and that user value is delivered.

- Work with the development team, delivery team, and Product Managers to ensure that processes are refined and evolved to achieve continuous improvement.

- Work with the Technology team to identify infrastructure investments, third-party technologies, and architectural enhancements.

- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to launch solutions, ensuring execution of training and communication plans.

- Contribute to team activities like daily standups, planning meeting, retrospectives and any other discussions.

- Represent the team on cross team discussions.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of proven work experience as a Technical Product Owner/Business/System Analyst.

- Thorough understanding of Agile processes, and a track record of working in an Agile environment.

- Hands on experience with technical documentation creation and maintenance.

- Good experience in UML diagrams creation or similar.

- Strong knowledge of reporting and Business Intelligence concepts.

- Understanding of Product Owner role in Agile projects.

- Proficient in the use of analytic tools necessary to build prototypes and requirements documents.

- Practical experience with JIRA, Confluence, SQL.

- Advanced written and spoken English skills.

Additional Skills :

- Experience working as a QA/QC Engineer in the past.

- Knowledge of testing mobile applications, APIs.

- Degree in computer science or equivalent.

- Knowledge of Business Analysis theory, BABOK.

- Professional certification : CSPO / PSPO / IIBA : CBAP
