  • We are currently seeking anindividual to help support the operations within the VendorRelationship Management (VRM) group.
  • As a team member you will be a keycontributor to a fastpaced team responsible for the management ofdrug development vendors.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong foundationin project management outsourcing and/or vendor management in thiscritical role along with experience in Clinical Trial Delivery orDrug Development Lifecycle
The coreresponsibilities and skills required for this position include butare not limited to:
  • Own management and delivery ofdaytoday vendor relationship management operational activities.
  • Demonstratesexcellent technical or analytical knowledge base with ability toassess data processes and understanding.
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail teamwork andinitiative; maintains confidentiality; maintains meticulousattention to project deadlines.
  • Supports the creation of presentations and or otherinternal materials related to the VRM group.
  • Supports meeting management byscheduling meetings developing agendas gathering content takingnotes and distributing meeting minutes.
  • May support the development of selectmaterials for external customers as determined by the team.
  • Strong desire andability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability towork well as part of a team.
  • Collaborates with functional vendor managementstakeholders to gain insights for driving health of vendorrelationship and related continuous improvement plans.
  • Delivers with optimalcollaboration accountability and integrity to business partners.
  • Shows the clearability to apply critical thinking strategy development and visiontowards the growth of the vendor relationship management program.
  • Shows clear abilityto work collaboratively with other cross functional groups.
  • Ability to influenceand deliver across dynamic crossfunctional groups.
  • Competency in establishingrelationships with cross functional teams such as operationsfinance quality systems and process.
  • Demonstrated ability to make criticaldecisions related to projects and tasks.
  • Strong working knowledge of MicrosoftExcel/Word/PowerPoint and SharePoint.
SpecificEducation & Experience Requirements:
  • BA/BSwith 5 years relevant experience vendor management and biotech orpharmaceuticals industry
  • Previous experience in multiple aspects of VendorRelationship Management including partnering with vendors severalyears and significant experience preferred.
  • Project management/Initiativeexperience preferred or experience in managing complex projects.
