Candidate Sourcing: Identify and reach out to potential candidates for IT and F&A positions using various recruitment channels.

Screening and Shortlisting: Evaluate resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth process.

Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with international clients to understand their hiring needs and provide updates on recruitment progress.

Database Management: Maintain and update candidate and client information in our recruitment database.

Reporting: Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to track progress and performance.

RequirementsEducational Qualification: Recent graduates with a degree in any discipline.

Skills: Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
